Hong Kong tenancy and stationery forms
A stationery-store agreement is a commercial product, not a government-prescribed universal form. No particular stationery publisher or edition has been verified here. Instead, the library links HKU CLIC’s public residential tenancy template and RVD’s separate regulated subdivided-unit template. Their scopes must not be mixed.

Property-sale stages are jurisdiction-specific
In Hong Kong, provisional does not mean non-binding. EAA’s provisional and formal agreement chapters explain the stages and matters for review; they do not provide standard blank sale contracts. Historic examples are not current tax rates, deadlines or automatic contractual defaults. The formal agreement is not the subsequent assignment transferring title.

Taiwan’s completed-property model is distinct from pre-sale development and agency documents. The library links an official listing for the model applicable from 1 April 2026 and the central MOI directory. Mainland existing-property sales need local scope: the selected 2025 model is for Zhengzhou, not all of Mainland China. No supposedly equivalent nationwide preliminary agreement has been invented for either jurisdiction.

Used-car models rules and transfer paperwork
Taiwan: the located official model is dated August 2011 and states effect from March 2012. A recent webpage or discussion does not make that model newly issued. Its optional model wording is listed separately from the required/prohibited standard-terms text. Check later effective amendments and whether the transaction is dealer-to-consumer or private-party; no current-law compliance is certified.

Hong Kong: the verified source is Transport Department transfer guidance and TD25. TD25 is not a sale agreement or title warranty. A reliable public government sale-contract model was not located in this review, so none is invented or labelled official.

Mainland China: the Shandong 2024 model is expressly provincial. The 2015 national model remains available for historical comparison but cites former Contract Law. It is not enabled for automatic use. Check location, seller capacity, actual vehicle and current registration requirements.

What can be automated next
A future intake should first establish location, transaction stage, seller/landlord capacity and applicable consumer or tenancy regime. Then collect transaction details and source-specific schedules. Property title, financing, statutory scope and current mandatory terms require professional review before enabling contract generation. Source documents are linked rather than rehosted; no client precedents or paid stationery products are exposed.
Direct access to the central Taiwan MOI page was restricted during this research. Its indexed listing and official government mirrors were used, with full attachment review pending. Source dates and retrieval limits are recorded on the cards.
