Scribius

Sources, jurisdictions and related models

Use published models as reasoned starting points, not proof that a document fits every transaction.

Selection policy

Prefer an identifiable government, regulator, court, professional body or institutional publisher. Read the actual model, check reuse terms, identify jurisdiction and record adaptations. A law-firm article or a government-hosted supplier upload is not automatically an official model.

England & Wales: related commercial NDAs

The UK Intellectual Property Office publishes mutual and one-way examples. Scribius adds concise, reworded workflows preserving English law and non-exclusive English-court jurisdiction. The one-way source uses deed execution: an individual-recipient draft is available, while company / other routes are blocked from Word export. Witnessing, delivery, capacity and overseas enforcement need review. These models are not Scottish, Northern Irish, Hong Kong or PRC forms.

Hong Kong: companion data-transfer models

The PCPD identifies two recommended sets: data user to data user, and data user to processor. Both are included as official references only. Their different recipient roles matter. No data-transfer agreement is generated, and the full PDFs have not been legally adopted into the engine.

Assess destination rules and the actual flow; these resources are not substitutes for Mainland China PIPL, EU GDPR or UK transfer mechanisms. A choice of contractual law cannot by itself resolve regulatory compliance.

Existing Hong Kong starting points

NDA, consultancy, contractor, services, IP licence, referral and letter of intent remain Scribius-authored commercial starting points. Their original-model lineage has not been verified. Links to general official guidance do not make them official forms.

United Kingdom label, precise legal scope

The browsing group is United Kingdom. Its current generated NDAs apply English law and non-exclusive English-court jurisdiction, for England & Wales. No Scottish or Northern Irish adaptation is implied.

Japan — JPO open innovation

The new-materials NDA and PoC contract form a related negotiation sequence in JPO’s OI model v2.0 family. They are Japanese-language, scenario-specific references. Portal listings were identified, but direct access was restricted; full text, governing law, forum and execution review remain pending. No English or Hong Kong terms are inserted.

Taiwan — TIPO copyright licences

Photography and multimedia-material licensing examples are listed by TIPO, with Traditional Chinese ODT downloads. The publisher page was updated 6 May 2025. These are reference entries; original attachment versions and full adaptation are not certified. Rights, territory and contractual governing law require separate attention.

Mainland China — SAMR 2025 models

Entrustment (GF—2025—1001) and intermediary (GF—2025—2613) contracts are related but different PRC model families. Official notices and model-library entries were checked. Both remain Simplified Chinese references pending guided drafting and local legal review; neither imports Hong Kong or English law.

Next candidates, after jurisdiction-specific review

Hong Kong shareholders’ agreements, share subscription and share transfer packages; guided adaptation of the new Japan, Taiwan and Mainland China references after dedicated review. None is currently enabled by relabelling English or Hong Kong wording. Corporate constitutions, approvals, filings, execution and mandatory rules must be considered.

Source record

Listings and IPO model texts checked 28 October 2026. Source checking is a provenance check, not continuing legal-update monitoring. The IPO models are Crown copyright under the Open Government Licence v3.0; adaptations are identified and no endorsement is claimed. PCPD materials are linked to their publisher rather than redistributed.
