Browser privacy & beta limitations

This page describes implemented behaviour, rather than representing approved Terms of Use or a complete adopted Privacy Policy.

Where your information goes

Drafting and review run in your browser. Contract text, answers and uploaded DOCX bytes are not sent to our server or an AI provider. There are no analytics, advertising or model-training calls in the product code. The website host receives ordinary requests and associated technical data; host logs are governed by its own arrangements. No claim is made that website visits are anonymous.

Storage you control

Documents and answers are held in tab memory and disappear when the tab is closed, unless you explicitly save a file. The acknowledgment version/time is stored for this browser session. Business profiles are saved to local browser storage only with your confirmation. Delete profiles on the profile page. Downloaded files and copied text must be removed separately from your device or clipboard. Shared browser profiles and browser extensions may access locally stored data.

What this beta does not do

No accounts, cross-device histories, subscriptions, server-side document archive, AI inference or automated legal updates. Review uses configured text patterns and source excerpts; it cannot determine legal correctness. PDF text must currently be copied and pasted. No redlines or applied-original revisions are simulated.

Professional review

Templates are English-language commercial starting points with Hong Kong as the intended context, not validated legal forms. They may omit material provisions and require review for the transaction and applicable law. Contractor labels do not determine employment status. Missing details are shown rather than guessed.

Hong Kong Labour Department: employment status · Intellectual Property Department: copyright

Operator details, contact/rights-request procedure, retention commitments for any future server product and adopted legal terms require owner and legal review before account services are launched.
